Web Design & Development

Our team designed Neo’s website with a UX-driven approach, prioritising what students value most: detailed insights into their living spaces. By focusing on room-specific information, immersive visuals, and clear descriptions, we ensured students could easily explore their future homes.We complemented this with a dynamic content hub offering tailored student life insights and guides for international students. With an intuitive design, the website delivers a seamless experience, making it easy for students to find what truly matters.

Social Media Management

We took charge of Neo’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Our focus was on creating content that reflects Neo’s vibrant community and stylish living spaces. This strategy not only fosters engagement but also builds a strong sense of community among current and prospective residents

To further support Neo’s branding and marketing, we developed an array of print materials, including eye-catching roller banners, engaging brochures, and corporate merchandise that reinforces Neo’s identity. To showcase Neo’s spaces effectively, we carried out the photography and staging, ensuring every detail was captured with precision and care. Our high-quality images and virtual tours brought their PBSA accommodation to life, highlighting the modern designs and amenities in a visually compelling way. These visuals, crafted with students in mind, make exploring their next home an effortless and engaging experience.
