Minimalist interiors, open-plan layouts and large windows make these homes feel spacious, light and contemporary. Our goal was to create a brand and digital experience that matched this refined lifestyle.

We delivered a fully integrated marketing campaign for The Paddock, spanning digital, social, print and large-format media. From aspirational visuals to clear, confident messaging, every touchpoint was designed to raise awareness, drive interest and connect with the right buyers.

Our work on the project was recognised on an international stage, winning the International Property Award 2022–23 for Best Development Marketing.

Branding & Naming Strategy

We built a distinctive identity that celebrates the development’s rural location and modern elegance. Inspired by the site’s history and its connection to Carlisle Racecourse, we chose a clean, confident typeface and a colour palette of emerald and brushed steel. This nods to both the countryside and the equestrian heritage, giving the brand personality and sophistication.

Web Design & Development

The website was designed to showcase homes clearly and beautifully. We prioritised plot-specific details, high-quality visuals and concise descriptions, making it easy for prospective buyers to understand the lifestyle The Paddock offers. Every element guides visitors through a seamless online journey, from first glance to enquiry, reflecting the quality and confidence of the development.

Social Media Management

We created a strategic social media presence for The Paddock across their social platforms. Using short-form video, photography and interactive posts, we showcased interiors, outdoor spaces and the lifestyle the development offers. Every post was tailored to the platform and audience, helping to raise awareness, build interest and drive enquiries.

Print

To support sales activity offline, we produced high-quality brochures, signage and sales materials that reflect the quality and attention to detail found throughout the homes.
