When Investin Plc approached REAL, they were still going through planning for a luxury student accommodation building in the heart of the picturesque university and harbour town, Falmouth. We supported in all areas including what the proposition would actually look like, we also identified what the breakdown of rooms would be and supported in the creation of rent and incentives. Based on this we went on to develop a luxury brand with the county of Cornwall at its colour core and elaborated this out into a beautiful, functional website with supporting marketing collateral fit for a full, thriving, student community
