Laura Bosworth

Founder & Managing Director

Interior design enthusiast, coffee lover and founder of REAL, Laura describes herself as a ‘creative thinker and positive person’. As the front woman for the business and with a ‘real’ passion for it, Laura is the glue keeping the business together. After 15+ years working client-side Laura was excited to bring a more authentic agency style to the table with a focus on meaningful experiences that convert without the politics of traditional agencies with an agenda.

Operations Director

As Operations Director of a busy creative studio, there really is no standard 'day in the life' for Mike. Keeping the wheels turning and making sure the business runs smoothly is Mike’s main priority, but Mike tends to have a hand in most things around the business!

With an impressive creative career spanning 20+ years, Tracey is known around the studio as a marketing unicorn! A designer by ‘trade’, Tracey manages all aspects of creative and marketing incorporating her expertise in graphic design, web development and digital marketing. Tracey prides herself on her design skills with an attention to detail that is second to none! (Although Laura may want to challenge Tracey for this title!)

It's not an easy job but some bichon has to do it! Teddy is outstanding at day sleeping (with occasional snoring), playing fetch, and finishing off everybody’s apple cores. As head of productivity and wellbeing, he does a great job of keeping all humans in the studio happy, calm, and creative!
