Situated on the cusp of the Cumbrian countryside, The Paddock is the epitome of luxury living. With a minimalist style, expansive windows, and open-plan layouts this beautifully boutique new home development by Northern Development craved a sleek, contemporary look that truly represented the homes on offer. REAL designed the brand identity, website and marketing collateral with location and landmarks acting as key factors. Following thorough research, we took inspiration from the history of the site which is situated overlooking Carlisle Racecourse in the naming strategy and creative approach bringing in a uniquely strong elegant typeface with striking emerald and brushed steel colour palette referring to the countryside surrounding and equestrian significance.
